Charlotte's Belmont - A Friendly, Historic, Diverse Neighborhood
Charlotte's historic Belmont neighborhood is a hidden gem wedged between bustling Uptown and Plaza Midwood. Our neighborhood boasts walkability, green space and a village vibe, along with enviable access to the city’s restaurants, museums and arts venues by light rail, car, trolley, bike or your own two feet!
Belmont is proud to be one of the first planned neighborhoods in all of Charlotte, originally built to house textile mill workers in the early 20th century. Entrepreneurs, creatives, retirees and professionals now call Belmont home.
